We currently have two computer classrooms. We have 23 computer workstations in Lab 1, and 16 in Lab 2. There is an instructor computer in each classroom as well.

We try to keep the youth activities meaningful for them. Larger youth group sizes, unfortunately are not always the best option due to inattention and other distractions that commonly take place.

We will assign your group to a specific lab depending on the size of your group, and availability of missionaries, once we receive your activity request.

Activities We Offer
Important Information to Know

From our long time experiences providing these youth group activities, there is ONE specific problem that comes up with almost every group.

**Access to FamilySearch**

We find that there are still the 10% of youth that have forgotten passwords, don't have accounts, etc. The activity requires access to their account. Trying to recover account information during the class is a time consuming and frustrating experience. These attempts also require either access to phones or email addresses tied to that member's account and these are often not available.

For youth less than 13 years of age, their parents will need to sign them up in a slightly different process. This can not be done at the library. For instructions as to how to do this, CLICK HERE.

1) has an account
2) brings their login information with them

Plan to be at the library by 6:45 PM. To make the best use of time, we like to start by 7:00 PM. That implies that all the youth are there in the lab, logged into their computers and ready to go. The computers automatically shutdown at 8:00 PM.

If you need to request cancellation of your youth activity, please do so at least a week ahead of time to allow others to schedule an activity time.
